ATT has been installing fiber in my neighborhood for a few months now. About 2 months ago they completed the install of fiber to the pedestal that services my house and the neighbor behind me. They activated service for the neighbor behind me (different street) but my address is still showing as “unavailable”. Today, during my weekly check on the ATT website to see if it's finally available at my house, I had the idea to see if my neighbors have the ability to get ATT fiber. Turns out, literally both of my neighbors to my left and right (on my side of the street) have the option for fiber. I tried calling both sales & tech support for help, and both ....
